Claim Documentation
Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
On-Site Adjuster Visit
Sapello Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
